NOF MACHINES

  2. Not easy color change caused by surface oxidization.
  3. Thin Fe-Zn alloy layer to preverent zinc coating peeled off.
  4. Full hard (unannealed) raw material (JIS G3141SPCC-1D, SNI.07-3567-1995).
  5. Non oxidizing galvanizing process due to control of H2 and N2 mixture atmosphere.
  6. Lockforming quality guarantees bandability to zero thickness gap.
  7. Oil and dirts are burnt in non oxidization atmospheric furnace condition which saves product from corrosion attack.

  4. Raw material depends on the specifiation of final product.
  5. Oxidizing galvanizing process due to direct contact with oxygen in the air.
  6. No lockforming quality guarantees bendability to xero thickness gap.
  7. Oil and dirts are removed in acid liquid which does not save product from corrsion attack due the remaining corrosive elements on the surface.
