In the effort to enforce Good Corporate Governance (GCG), PT Saranacentral Bajatama, Tbk has established and implemented the Whistle Blowing System (WBL) as an integral part of its corporate governance framework. This system ensures transparency, accountability, and ethical business practices across all operations.

Submission of Violation Report

All employees, business partners, and stakeholders are encouraged to report any suspected violations. Reports can be submitted confidentially in person, by formal mail, or via electronic mail.

Our dedicated GCG Compliance Team is mandated to receive, thoroughly investigate, and appropriately follow up on all filed complaints to ensure corporate integrity.

Protection for Informant

The Company guarantees comprehensive protection for the Informant (Whistleblower).

We strictly prohibit and actively protect informants against any form of threats, intimidation, punitive measures, or any other unpleasant actions from any party.
