The Company provides protection to the Informant from al forms of threats, intimidation, punishment or unpleasant actions from any party.

Throughout 2018, there was no significant case and administrative sanction imposed by the capital market authority or other authority to the Company, the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors of the Company.

Legal cases are criminal and civil cases that are undergone by the Company during the period of report year and have been filed through judicial proceedings.
Throughout 2018, the Company did not encounter any legal case that has a material impact on the business of financial condition of the Company.
